Single Section Style Homes

The single section home offers great value at an affordable price. It is suitable to be place in mobile home communities or placed on your property. The Indiana Building Systems single section homes range from 460 square feet to 1,200 square feet.
Ranch Style Homes

A ranch is a one-story house with a gable roof and deep-set eaves. Ranch houses usually have a horizontal, rambling layout. In a ranch house, the emphasis is on openness and efficient use of space. The Indiana Building Systems ranch homes range from 1,000 square feet to 2,000 square feet and have 2-5 bedrooms and can accommodate a full basement or crawl s space.
Cape Cod Style Homes

A cape, commonly referred to as a Cape Cod. It is characterized by a small footprint, symmetrical layout and dormer windows. Our cape homes range in size from 1,000 square feet to 1,550 square feet. And have one or two lower level bedroom designs. A wood stair system is included in all of our cape homes.
