Granny Flats / Garden Suites are small, portable, self contained houses that are placed as a 2nd dwelling on the same lot as the home of a close family member. They are designed for seniors who want to maintain their independence while having the security and convenience of loved ones close by.


Granny Flats are not intended as permanent additions to the lots, but are designed to be easily movable, thus they can be placed when required and removed when no longer needed, with little disruption to the site.
